A coalition of immigrant-led, grassroots organizations across Massachusetts, LUCE operates a multilingual rapid-response hotline and deploys trained community “verifiers” to document and alert neighbors to ICE and federal enforcement activity, while advocating for systemic change and supporting impacted individuals. Their mission is to build collective people power and uphold immigrant rights through organizing, mutual aid, Know‑Your‑Rights training, and policy advocacy.
